- Independently design and simulate novel superconducting quantum circuits.
- Develop and validate circuit layouts using the Anyon Systems design toolkit.
- Develop experimental protocols and perform experimental work on superconducting quantum devices.
- Collaborate closely with the nanofabrication team to guide implementation and process optimization.
- Communicate technical results clearly in reports, presentations, and cross-functional meetings.
- Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field with a strong focus on quantum information or quantum devices.
- 1–3 years of postdoctoral research experience in quantum hardware, superconducting circuits, or a related field.
- Proficient in Python and/or C++ for simulation or instrumentation.
- Experience with microwave engineering and/or superconducting circuits and/or quantum optics.
- Experience with design validation using FEM or similar tools.
- Exposure to nanofabrication and superconducting qubits is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communicator, capable of contributing to cross-disciplinary projects.
