- Strategic Growth Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive cross-sell strategies that enhance customer lifetime value and drive incremental revenue growth
- Lead the design and optimization of customer-centric bundled pricing models for mobile and home services
- Drive product intensity improvements across East and West markets through data-driven insights and customer behavior analysis, including fulfillment journey optimization
- Customer Journey Excellence
- Own end-to-end cross-sell customer journeys, from initial touchpoint to successful activation
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create seamless, intuitive customer experiences that drive conversion
- Implement personalization strategies to deliver relevant product recommendations based on customer segments and usage patterns
- Activation & Growth Metrics
- Drive mobile and home activation targets through innovative product bundling and promotional strategies
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for cross-sell success, activation rates, and product intensity
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Pricing, Accounts, Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Strategy and Planning teams to ensure aligned execution
- Work closely with regional teams to customize strategies for East and West market dynamics
- Collaborate with Product Development teams to influence roadmap priorities based on growth insights
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Have P&L accountability - report on portfolio KPIs, identify insights and new opportunities, set targets and build strategic and tactical business cases
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in roles involving B2B and/or B2C marketing, program management, strategy or management consulting
- Technical Skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and bundle optimization
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion optimization
- Core Competencies
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through product innovation and marketing strategies
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management
- Customer-centric mindset with deep understanding of telecommunications market dynamics
