If you are an achiever who is relentless in ensuring that we achieve business results and create a great company culture while doing it, then we’re looking for you!Scope:This position is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Control programs and processes of S2G are carefully followed and upheld.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Review orders picked to ensure accuracy of the shipping Manifest
  • Confirm all customers special requests are completed prior to shipping (appointments, skid heights, special labels etc.)
  • Generate MH10 labels, PO number labels, UPC number, box, or carton labels for shipping purposes.
  • Perform general inspection of materials and products, looking for any obvious defects.
  • Label application, segregation and rejection of items or orders that may have errors or discrepancies.
  • Records notable and repeated errors etc, reporting them to the supervisor as needed.
  • Cross training on the Distribution Centre team to be able to assist in a absence team member
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Highschool Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
  • Previous Quality Control experience is an asset
  • MUST be able to perform physical lifting on a repetitive basis; up to 40lbs
  • Availability for shift work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
  • Steel toed safety boots are required
