- Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, networking, and client outreach
- Lead in-depth discovery discussions centered on intake, triage, routing, and decision-making processes
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior leaders across operations, transformation, and technology teams
- Partner with internal leadership to negotiate and successfully close high-value enterprise deals
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise sales, ideally within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of closing large-scale software and services deals valued at $100K+
- Experience selling to banks, government agencies, and financial institutions
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and develop solutions from the ground up
- Strong executive presence with a consultative, solution-oriented sales style
- Very recent experience in both SaaS and IT services/consulting sales, capable of independently generating pipeline, leading discovery, and managing complex IT sales conversations end-to-end with minimal support
