- Collaborate with Corporate Development in the identification, forecasting, and selection of innovative drugs and delivery devices for the Canadian market
- Lead a team of forecast analysts accountable for existing product and pipeline product forecast accuracy for all 1,000 Canadian market SKUs. Collaborate closely with Sales and/or Marketing team to ensure forecasts reflect all current customer purchasing decisions
- Lead the Demand Review meeting for Canadian market, covering all forecast accuracy KPIs, root cause analysis, market trends and assumptions, risks & opportunities
- Manage an ongoing Portfolio Optimization process and execute appropriate portfolio decisions considering profitability and complexity while ensuring high demand presentations are offered in the Apotex portfolio
- Manage launch execution for all Canadian product launches, working collaboratively with Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Intellectual Property, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective product launches and first market share position
- Create demand forecasts for the Specialty Sales teams to ensure sales performance targets match organizational commitments
- Develop and Maintain standardized forecast models that reflect the portfolio in the various lines of business, inclusive of core generics, value-add generics, specialty generics, and innovative specialty products
- Forecast volume & financials for all Business Development opportunities to introduce new partnership products into the Apotex portfolio
- Meet with key customers and account managers as required, to discuss Apotex product pipeline and to further the Apotex position as an industry leader and preferred partner
- Chair Business Development/Commercial and Intellectual Property/Commercial strategy meetings to ensure the best possible go to market strategy on all Canadian product launches
- Participate and lead performance conversations with employees, including monthly one on ones, to connect on performance; check in on employee's progress toward achieving Objectives, offer support and remove barriers; and, communicate and revisit performance expectations to reinforce and encourage high performance culture and a safe working environment for all employees.
- Utilize open, honest, two way communication to build trust-based relationships with employees, business partners and direct leader while continuously improving leadership capabilities by personally seeking feedback and development.

- Education
- University Degree in Business Preferred
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Advanced analytical and technical abilities with a sound knowledge of quantitative decision models
- Strong track record of process design and process improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail oriented, diplomatic team player with a proactive results orientation
- Able to work with a minimum of supervision and manage cross-functional project teams
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as enterprise software systems
- Experience
- 10-15 years experience in a demand planning or supply planning management role
- Previous experience or proven skills leading and managing a team
