- You hold a permanent full-time position (40hrs / Monday - Friday only!).

- You handle customer inquiries (both by phone and email) and respond to patient questions, concerns, and requests in a courteous manner to ensure complete satisfaction.
- You create and manage patient files while providing impeccable customer service.
- You provide patients with all appointment information.
- You manage the voice mailbox and the different reminder lists.
- You enter necessary and updated patient information into the computer system.
- You receive external referrals and make appointments for these patients.
- You will be cross-trained for the receptionist position (once you have completed your initial training).
- You have experience as a customer service agent, receptionist, medical secretary, or administrative assistant AND/OR have excellent customer service skills.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You have a facility with computer tools (Outlook, Suite Office, etc.) and technology.
- You demonstrate strong customer orientation and emotional intelligence.
- You stand out for your organizational, collaborative, and autonomous skills.
- Required: You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également (advanced intermediate level of English required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our English-speaking patients).
