Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution for our Away From Home portfolio within the context of our total corporate strategic plan
- Lead commercialization of innovation platforms through evaluation and financial assessment of the operational/manufacturing footprint across the different brands/businesses.
- Independently lead cross functional teams to ensure best in class execution of innovation and initiatives
- Effectively manage A&M budgets
- Deliver volume & net revenue commitments across the Away From Home channel and beverage portfolio
- Lead integrated agency teams and maintain strong agency relationships
- Monitor beverage portfolio performance on a period basis to proactively identify course corrections and or new opportunities
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager with strategic key customer activations & work closely with internal Customer Sales team to execute
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree (Business degree preferred)
