- Partner with the PMO to ensure appropriate execution of projects
- Serves as escalation point for initiatives requiring execution intervention
- Provides executive-level visibility into risks and cross-functional dependencies
- Attend meetings with and on behalf of the President to capture notes, decisions, and action items
- Track follow-ups, deadlines, and deliverables across executive initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional projects by working with stakeholders to keep work on track
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates
- Prepare summaries, reports, and briefing materials for executive review
- Draft, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, and other executive materials
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling, communication, or logistical challenges
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation
- Communicate action items and decisions to relevant teams and track progress
- Partner with leaders and team members across the organization to support alignment and execution
- Support preparation of leadership presentations and materials as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in project management/coordination or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to track projects and follow through on deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to influence without formal authority
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; AI Tools, familiarity with project management tools a plus
