On behalf of our Nonprofit SaaS Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a SDR Manager to join our Client's team on a Full-Time Permanent basis. This role is 100% Remote anywhere in Canada.Summary of the RoleThe SDR Manager will lead a Sales Development team responsible for inbound qualification and targeted outbound prospecting across multiple SaaS product lines. This role oversees pipeline generation, inbound speed-to-lead performance, outbound execution, and overall team productivity. The successful candidate will establish repeatable processes, maintain strong pipeline discipline, and drive consistent SQL and meeting targets aligned with revenue objectives. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on coaching, operational rigor, and scalable performance across a growing organization.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Sales Development team across multiple SaaS product lines.EnsureEstablish clear SAL criteria, follow-up cadences, and conversion benchmarks.Build and scale targeted outbound prospecting workflows aligned to ideal customer profiles and campaign initiatives.Monitor and optimize pipeline metrics including activity levels, meetings set, SQL conversion, and pipeline coverage ratios.Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data hygiene across sales engagement platforms.Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, call reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.Develop structured onboarding and ramp plans for new SDRs.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align pipeline generation with ARR targets.Drive continuous improvement in process, reporting, and outbound strategy execution.Core Requirements3-5+ years of SaaS SDR leadership experience in high-velocity environments.Experience managing inbound teams with sub-1-day SLA response expectations.Proven ability to build and implement structured outbound prospecting playbooks.Strong understanding of pipeline math, conversion metrics, forecasting, and funnel optimization.Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach or Salesloft), and conversational intelligence tools (e.g., Gong).Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience supporting multiple product lines or multi-brand SaaS environments.Background in SMB SaaS sales models.Demonstrated success driving SQL and pipeline targets across inbound and outbound motions.Experience scaling SDR teams in growing GTM organizations.Exposure to nonprofit or mission-driven technology environments.Terms :This is a full-time permanent position that is fully remote within Canada.
