- Commercial coordination of a Business Unit in Toronto/Canada in cooperation with the technical Business Unit manager
- Development, formulation and realisation of strategic goals in cooperation with the Subdivision managers and the leaders of the Business Unit
- Preparation of internal monthly and annual financial statements and regular reporting to the Subdivision management
- Ongoing controlling to ensure that economic targets are achieved
- Planning, monitoring and controlling annual budgets and forecasts during the year
- Engagement in the acquisition of new projects and in the drafting, adaptation and extension of contracts
- Commercial coordination of the project process (deadlines, quality, price, collateral)
- Professional and disciplinary management of employees, including targeted support through regular employee appraisals, target agreements and individual development measures
- Continuous further development of the service portfolio with a focus on increasing efficiency and optimising costs
- Ensuring sustainable economic stability and long-term business succes
- Several years of management and professional experience in comparable positions in an international environment, several years of commercial experience in the STRABAG Group
- Holistic understanding of operational processes - also from a legal and technical perspective
- Expertise in the handling of common MS Office applications as well as other commercial software solutions, especially MS Dynamics, preferably also knowledge of AS4U (but not required)
- Very good knowledge of English
- High level of international expertise
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and retain people in the long term
- You have a confident presence, negotiating skills, self-motivation, a structured and goal-oriented way of working and strong organisational and communication skills
