- Focus on providing “Total Control” function on all assigned projects, including overall project cost management and variance analysis.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of projects to inform current situations and enable proactive communication to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with contractors to deliver training and support for EcoSys LEMs, ensuring accurate rates and estimates.
- Generate regular and ad hoc analysis, including graphs and presentations, to support project management.
- Assist in Project Scope Management by providing insights into scope definition, verification, and financial health of projects.
- A diploma, degree, or related construction or operational training and/or experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Field experience is desired, along with construction experience related to cost and scheduling controls.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with high proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with MS Office Suite and Oracle or SAP; Power BI and EcoSys experience are a plus.
