Location: Toronto, ON / HybridOur client in the investment industry is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator to enhance and optimize their Salesforce platform. This individual will bring a strong blend of development and administration skills to identify opportunities, create enhancements, and drive automation across the system.Your new role:You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external Salesforce partners to design scalable solutions, manage platform administration, and deliver process automation. This role includes maintaining system integrity, driving integrations, supporting end users, and aligning the Salesforce roadmap with business needs.Key requirements:- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator
- Strong development skills in JavaScript, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Component Framework
- Advanced automation experience (Workflow, Process Builder, Flow Builder)
- Proficient in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (asset)
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, web services, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
