- Perform automated system level testing (Pre-Test, Burn-In and Final Test) on network switching equipment to determine product functionality
- Monitor any failures during test and report them to Manufacturing Line Lead or Technician
- Report any test software or equipment issues or improvements to Manufacturing Line Lead or Technician
- Mechanical / electrical assembly of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) into product case.
- PCBA and metal work inspection as per inspection procedure
- Final assembly and packaging of products.
- Use fixtures and power/hand tools according to product specifications
- Follow detailed process instructions and work towards meeting daily goals.
- Prepare and kit picklists for the lines while assisting other peers with water spider and de-trashing activities
- Constantly maintain a safe, clean and professional working environment by complying with procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Work at different workstations or areas as needed on a rotational basis to reduce fatigue factor.
- Contributes to team daily success and overall growth by freely sharing ideas.
- Support cross training initiatives.
- College degree in a related technical discipline is an asset.
- Over 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
