Get hands-on with a role that keeps you moving. We're seeking a Line Operator to manage the winding and spindle-wrapping of our rubber piping. This position requires someone who can handle heavy lifting and maintain a steady rhythm without sacrificing accuracy. Nights $26.50/hour645 PM - 7 AM nights2 for dayshift (6:45am to 7pm) and 2 for nightshift (6:45pm to 7am)first week orientation is done during the day time 7 AM - 3 PM ( one week)Alternating shift time. 3/2 for morning and 2/3 for nightOT averaging agreement needs to be signed by candidate and sent to business services for manual OTS set uAdvantages

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
No previous experience required-we provide comprehensive on-the-job training!
Highly punctual for shift change.
Strong work ethic.
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Able to work well under pressure.
Class 5 license.
Forklift experience is welcomed.Summary
