
Research Coordinator

- Assist with ethics submissions and amendments
- Oversee components of research projects to ensure ongoing progress
- Monitor and forecast budgets, including monitoring and reconciling monthly expenditures
- Coordinate ongoing project communications with trainees, stakeholders, and team members
- Coordinate and provide administration for weekly research program meetings
- Undergraduate degree in a health-related field (e.g., nursing, public health, or sociology)
- Minimum 2 years of experience within a research setting and coordinating research activities
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a research team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong foundational knowledge of health equity, anti-racism, and social justice principles
- Previous experience as a research assistant is an asset
- Experience using Covidence is considered an asset
- Previous experience drafting and submitting manuscripts is preferred
