- Team Collaboration: Work as part of the Catering Team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Sales Enhancement: Up-sell hotel services and products, and suggest suitable events, activities, floor plans, and menus to clients.
- Client Acquisition & Engagement: Proactively seek new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones. Ensure successful event outcomes by working closely with clients from arrival to departure.
- Event Coordination: Organize events with meticulous attention to detail, anticipating client needs and coordinating food and beverage requirements.
- Site Inspections & Documentation: Conduct site inspections, assist with walk-in inquiries, and prepare accurate contracts, Banquet Event Orders, floor plans, and event resumes.
- Financial Liaison: Coordinate with the accounting department for accurate billing, credit applications, and deposits.
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- At least 2 years of catering or wedding events management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Sales, Events Management, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and team-building abilities, with self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.
