As a Sr. Consultant, Authentication Delivery within CIBC’s Client Authentication Delivery team, you will play a critical role in delivering transformational projects that shape the way clients interact with CIBC across all channels. Authentication is at the heart of every client interaction, and your leadership will help ensure these experiences are secure, seamless, and client-centric. In this Sr. Consultant, Authentication Delivery role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of key authentication initiatives. You will coordinate and execute project delivery work packages, working across business and technology teams to ensure we successfully deliver projects to achieve desired business objectives. Your work will directly influence the security and satisfaction of millions of clients, helping CIBC remain a leader in digital banking.   • Project Leadership - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of authentication projects, ensuring all work packages are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Liaise effectively with business partners, technology teams, and frontline partners to drive alignment, clarity, and progress across all work streams.
  • End-to-End Delivery - Oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, effective risk management, and successful implementation.
  • Problem Solving -Tackle new challenges with a structured approach, demonstrating the ability to learn quickly, adapt, and connect the dots in ambiguous situations.
  • Communication - Clearly and concisely communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaboration -Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the project and across the broader authentication team.
