As a Senior Business Consultant with the Enterprise Payments, Alternate Solutions Group, you will be responsible for leading and supporting activities related to business activity & payment monitoring to ensure a stable and resilient CIBC payments ecosystem. You’ll provide business oversight to drive the delivery, operationalization, utilization and growth of the Payment Tracking application and supporting program. Common activities will include the implementation of initiatives, scope & requirements management, day-to-day issue resolution, internal & external stakeholder management and development of an effective operational framework.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.How You’ll SucceedDemonstrate payments expertise – Leverage your deep understanding of everyday and high-value payments, with a particular focus on Commercial Banking operations and supporting processes.Build and manage relationships – Collaborate with a diverse range of business and technology teams, including vendor partners, using your ability to influence, negotiate, and foster strong partnerships.Communicate complex ideas – Synthesize complex problems or concepts and communicate them effectively to varied, including non-technical, audiences.Drive delivery excellence – Lead complex payments initiatives and navigate unforeseen challenges to ensure successful outcomes.Analyze and problem solve – Interpret complex information related to data, business processes, and technology, collaborating with your team to develop effective solutions.Who You AreYou engage with your heart and mind.
