- Coach, mentor and manage 2-3 data analysts to develop a high performing, highly motivated, innovative, and engaged team of professionals.
- Balance resource management between team development and delivering business value
- Identify process gaps and establish new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and automated reporting solutions
- Spearhead the development and optimization of analytics tools and dashboards using Tableau, Tableau Prep, and other relevant technologies
- Modernize complex Excel macros and tools to streamline data processing and analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Directors, AVPs, data engineers, and technology partners
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, high-integrity analytics solutions
- Present insights and recommendations to business leaders, tailoring communication to various audiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields with a strong technical core such as computer science, software engineering, business analytics, engineering science, statistics, mathematics, business commerce.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience managing and mentoring teams of technical professionals
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Tableau Prep, and Excel (including macros)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing data automation solutions
- Highly driven and self motivated having the ability to problem solve and drive solution design in a multi system setting.
- Solid communication skills – ability to explain complexity of data to a business audience and explain the complexity of business to the IT audience
