Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.About the EngagementAkkodis is seeking an experienced Senior CRM - Software Developer to support and enhance to the Health's French Language Health Services Database (FLHSD). The FLHSD is a critical initiative enabling the regional planners, and French Language Health Planning Entities to improve access to high-quality French Language Services (FLS) across health system. The consultant will support FLHSD business operations, optimize data workflows, enhance system functionality, and contribute to HSP (Health Service Provider) annual reporting.ScopeSupport and enhance French Language Health Services Database (FLHSD) business operationsImprove data quality, data structures, and operational efficiencyContribute to implementation activities and project deliverables supporting HSP annual reportingDevelop, configure, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform solutions, Power Pages, and Dataverse integrations.Assignment DeliverablesProvide ongoing business and user support for the French Language Health Services Database (FLHSD)Deliver system enhancements based on evolving business requirementsSupport HSP (Health Service Provider) annual reporting intake and final reporting cyclesManage FLHSD system deployment and provide operational support.Expertise RequiredMust Have:3+ Public Sector experience working with Health Service Providers supporting French Language Services3+ years of experience in Public Sector with developing complete solutions using3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM and Dynamic Portals3+ years of experience with Power Pages and Power Platform3+ years of experience with Dataverse and SQLExperience with making application/systems accessibility compliant (AODA)5+ years' experience with one or more communications protocols and IIS server (Internet Information Services)2+ years' experience with Microservices architecture including Restful API developmentAzure DevOps, including release management, pipelines, automated deployments, unit testing, PowerShell, CLI, and source controlExperience integrating SharePoint and Power AutomateExperience in structured methodologies for development, design, implementation and maintenance of multi-tiered Web based, Client/Server and mobile applicationsExperience with reporting generation tool (e.g. Microsoft SSRS) and ETL tool (e.g. Microsoft SSIS)Nice to Have:Microsoft Azure cloud certificationsITIL v3 or higher certification.Security ClearanceRequired.ImportantThis is a business-to-business engagement.
