This is a hands-on, field-focused role where you'll deliver real agronomic value and help local growers thrive.What you’ll do:
Provide field scouting, crop planning, and agronomic recommendations
Sell seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products
Build trusted, long-term relationships with local farmers
Manage your customer portfolio and sales targets
Collaborate with in-branch teams
What you bring:
Degree in Agriculture + P.Ag (or working toward it)
3+ years in agronomy or crop input sales preferred (new grads considered)
Strong people skills and a service-first mindset
Passion for prairie agriculture
Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
