This is a hands-on, field-focused role where you'll deliver real agronomic value and help local growers thrive.What you’ll do:
  • Provide field scouting, crop planning, and agronomic recommendations
  • Sell seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with local farmers
  • Manage your customer portfolio and sales targets
  • Collaborate with in-branch teams
What you bring:
  • Degree in Agriculture + P.Ag (or working toward it)
  • 3+ years in agronomy or crop input sales preferred (new grads considered)
  • Strong people skills and a service-first mindset
  • Passion for prairie agriculture
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
