This role focuses on enabling enterprise reporting and analytics by designing, delivering, and governing Power BI, SQL‑based reporting, and KPI frameworks across ERP and business systems. The position partners closely with business, IT, and vendors to translate requirements into accurate, scalable reporting solutions while supporting adoption through documentation, training, and ongoing analytics support.Key Responsibilities
  • Enable enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities across ERP and business systems by developing, maintaining, and governing Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
  • Design, write, and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze large enterprise datasets to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
  • Translate business reporting needs into clear processes, standards, documentation, and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Act as the primary reporting liaison for business users, gathering requirements, providing guidance, and supporting self‑service reporting adoption.
  • Define, document, and maintain KPI logic, reporting standards, governance frameworks, ownership, and access controls.
  • Support report lifecycle management, including design, scheduling, refresh, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver training, workshops, walkthroughs, and onboarding materials to enable consistent use of reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve analytics issues, support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Track tasks, timelines, risks, and deliverables while proactively identifying and addressing blockers throughout analytics initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years exp with business systems analysis, analytics, or reporting enablement within complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to support and enhance ERP reporting solutions and full‑cycle analytics implementations, including upgrades and rollouts.
  • Strong expertise translating business requirements into SQL queries, data models, and Power BI reporting solutions with a focus on data accuracy and validation.
  • Demonstrated strength in developing high‑quality documentation, standards, and training materials to support reporting adoption and self‑service.
  • Hands‑on proficiency with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, refresh scheduling, and workspace management) and advanced SQL querying.
  • Experience working with large enterprise datasets, KPI frameworks, governance models, and reporting best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; business or systems analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP) are considered an asset.
