  • Leverage 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with an in-depth knowledge of NetSuite, Excel, Coupa and Expensify considered an asset
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management
  • Identify and report on key financial performance indicators, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, industry regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Manage the preparation and submission of reports to regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance financial reporting processes, systems, and controls for increased efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist with ongoing departmental projects; including the implementation of stronger internal controls and various business process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on an as-needed basis to drive insightful and timely outcomes.
Here's what you need:
  • CPA designation
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS)
  • 3+ years of progressive financial reporting experience in a high-growth company with international operations
  • An in-depth knowledge of NetSuite, Excel and Expensify considered an asset
  • Extensive knowledge of and skill in applying accounting and internal control practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
