Leverage 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with an in-depth knowledge of NetSuite, Excel, Coupa and Expensify considered an asset

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management

Identify and report on key financial performance indicators, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, industry regulations, and statutory requirements

Manage the preparation and submission of reports to regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines

Continuously evaluate and enhance financial reporting processes, systems, and controls for increased efficiency and accuracy

Assist with ongoing departmental projects; including the implementation of stronger internal controls and various business process improvement initiatives.

Perform ad hoc analysis on an as-needed basis to drive insightful and timely outcomes.

Here's what you need:

CPA designation

Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS)

3+ years of progressive financial reporting experience in a high-growth company with international operations

An in-depth knowledge of NetSuite, Excel and Expensify considered an asset

Extensive knowledge of and skill in applying accounting and internal control practices

Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Excellent collaborative problem solving skills with an ability to implement solutions

Self-motivated and results oriented with a focus on quality
