- Support systems and operational execution that drive Opentext Renewals.
- Partner with Renewals leadership and frontline teams to improve day-to-day execution.
- Work within Salesforce and connected tools to support renewal workflows.
- Execute small to mid-sized operational initiatives tied to data quality, reporting, and rep productivity.
- Configure and test Salesforce updates that improve quoting and renewal processes.
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for reps and managers.
- Document processes and help identify system gaps in renewal workflows.
- Translate business needs into clear system updates and requirements.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and basic issue resolution.
- Support AI and automation efforts that reduce manual work.
- Assist with rollout activities and support adoption after changes go live.
- Support the rollout of a unified renewal system across tools and teams.
- Assist with configuration, testing, and validation activities.
- Help with data cleanup, migration support, and reconciliation.
- Participate in UAT and post-launch support.
- Work with Systems and IT teams to help resolve issues.
- Ensure Opentext renewal workflows are functioning as expected.
- Raise issues and escalate when needed.
- 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Renewal Operations, or a related role.
- Salesforce Lightning experience with opportunity management and reporting.
- Strong Excel skills for analysis and data validation.
- Experience supporting system or process improvements.
- Exposure to automation or AI tools is a plus.
- Ability to break down problems and follow through on solutions.
