- Craft and prioritize Initiatives & Epics for new IB&CS features.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and market growth.
- Gather and translate direct customer feedback into actionable user stories.
- Provide regular roll-up updates to the leadership team.
- Design, configure, and customize APIs (DICOM, HL7, FHIR, IHE, XDS, ECC, and eMPI).
- Interfaces best practices and workflows with PACS, RIS, EMRs, public-health agencies, devices, and patient portals.
- Facilitate detailed IB&CS workflow/dataflow workshops with clients, vendors, and SMEs.
- Serve as Product Owner in SCRUM/SAFe: drive PI planning, sprint reviews, and feature demos.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, UX, and DevOps to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
- Continuously integrate stakeholder and customer feedback.
- Represent AGFA at industry working groups, conferences, and Connectathons.
- Develop RFP responses, white papers, and thought-leadership collateral.
- Education: Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related.
- Experience: 5+ years in Healthcare IT product management, R&D, or interoperability engineering.
- Standards Expertise: Deep knowledge of DICOM, IHE, HL7, XDS, FHIR, eMPI, and related terminology.
- Technical Acumen: Hands-on with Kubernetes, public cloud platforms, microservices architectures, and machine learning applications.
- Integration Know-How: Proven track record integrating PACS, RIS, EMR, and other clinical systems.
- Product Leadership: Demonstrated success managing the full product lifecycle from concept through launch.
- Agile & SAFe: Comfortable as Product Owner in a scaled Agile environment.
- Demonstrable record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; able to translate technical topics for all audiences.
- Mindset: Strategic problem-solver, self-starter, and “roll-up-your-sleeves” collaborator passionate about improving healthcare efficiency.
