Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)The Advanced Business Analyst is an advanced role responsible for ensuring that business requirements are correctly understood, translated into effective solutions, and delivered with high quality. The role spans Business Analysis, quality oversight, release coordination, and operational prioritization, working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technology teams within a structured SDLC environment.Required Qualifications
- University degree required.
- Min. 8 years of extensive experience in Business Analysis and/or related delivery roles within complex technology environments.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end delivery within an SDLC framework.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct line management.
- Experience working with Agile delivery teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or a strong technology background gained through professional experience.
- Experience defining or improving test plans and QA processes.
- Exposure to QA process maturity initiatives and quality governance.
- Management-level understanding of test automation approaches and tools such as Playwright.
- Experience with Tableau or similar reporting and BI tools.
- Experience supporting or improving workflow-based processes.
- Background in regulated or large enterprise environments.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute to solution design discussions.
