- Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of funds, from recording transactions to preparing financial statements.
- Prepare period-end journal entries, track intercompany transactions, and ensure the accuracy of accounting records.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for investors, meeting deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Perform various financial analyses to support the finance team's decision-making.
- Participate in year-end audits and coordinate the required information with the auditors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to respond to requests for information regarding fund performance.
- Manage cash flow: track cash flows, prepare forecasts, and manage bank accounts and financing.
- Contribute to tax processes (preparation of information, compliance, documentation) across various jurisdictions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and help improve existing tools and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Initial relevant experience in accounting (2 to 4 years).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in handling financial data.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the financial sector or investment funds (a plus).
- CPA designation in progress or obtained (a plus).
- Bilingual in French and English.PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, recruitment consultant, followed by an interview with the Talent Acquisition Consultant.
