You will supervise and coach junior colleagues and build strong business relationships with current and potential clients. You will also support sales pursuits and participate in assigned practice development activities. You will partner with our clients on their Workday journeys throughout the project lifecycle from planning to go-live and beyond.On top of this, you will find yourself part of a team of talented professionals, leaders and innovators in the Workday ecosystem who are passionate about putting the client first and getting to the right answer.About the teamWe love to help our clients achieve their objectives. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience managing finance transformation or ERP implementation projects, with at least 2 years focused on Workday Financials.
Strong understanding of Finance SAAS modules/functionalities (e.g., Financial Accounting, P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting) (Workday an asset)
Demonstrated project management skills, with experience using project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
Canadian travel required

Preferred :

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
Workday Financials certification.
Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
Exposure to process automation, data analytics, or cloud-based finance solutions.

Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
