This role is pivotal in helping our clients navigate the complexities of HR transformation, leveraging innovative strategies and technologies to drive organizational change and improve HR service delivery.What will your typical day look like?
  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of Dayforce HCM solutions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for all Dayforce HCM modules, providing guidance and support to HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Dayforce solutions.
  • Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other HR and business systems.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end users and administrators.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with external vendors as needed for support and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HCM analysts or specialists as required.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR consulting, HR transformation, or a related field, with a strong focus on HCM implementations.
  • Proven track record of managing complex HR transformation projects from inception to completion.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, technologies, and best practices, with specific expertise in HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, payroll, time & attendance, benefits, talent management).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including experience with data and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple project priorities.
  • In-depth understanding of the latest HR technologies and a keen interest or experience in artificial intelligence (AI) applications.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or Dayforce certifications are an asset.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
