
Training coordinator

- Update and monitor training plans by position
- Coordinate training paths for new employees and internal transfers
- Manage relationships with external suppliers (scheduling, logistics, invoicing)
- Maintain accurate training records in internal systems
- Prepare tracking reports and ensure compliance with training KPIs
- Participate in the digitalization and improvement of training processes
- Support the delivery of internal training sessions (training will be provided to enable the selected candidate to lead certain sessions)
- College diploma (DEC) in administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Functional proficiency in both French and English, to effectively collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders at the provincial and international levels
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy
- Comfortable using digital tools (Microsoft Office, management systems)
