You'd be taking a lead role supporting major complex infrastructure projects in Western Canada, advising Project Directors on contract interpretation and compliance, operational performance, the management of complex construction-related issues, and strategy around claims.Ideal candidates will bring approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or P3/PPP environments, with strong expertise in complex infrastructure contracts and importantly, claims management and strategy. Candidates may come from legal, engineering, or commercial backgrounds, but should be comfortable operating in a highly collaborative, business-facing capacity, acting as a key liaison between clients, investors, and service providers.These are growth-oriented opportunities with well-established and expanding organizations, offering the chance to play a key role in high-profile projects while building out capabilities and leading teams over time.
