ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Technical Support
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Support senior technicians in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Provide friendly and effective support to end users via phone, email, or in-person channels.
- Log, track, and update support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Help maintain and update IT systems, including installing software updates, patches, and standard applications.
- Support routine system checks and preventive maintenance activities.
- Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and solutions to recurring issues.
- Assist in updating knowledge base articles and internal IT guides.
- Assist in educating end-users on new technologies, tools, and IT best practices.
- Support IT-led training sessions and onboarding of new employees from a technology standpoint.
- Help track and manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and licensing records.
- Support the preparation, deployment, and retrieval of IT equipment.
- Work closely with members of the IT team to support ongoing initiatives and technology rollouts.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve IT service delivery.
- Currently enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related program (or recent graduate).
- Basic understanding of Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with common productivity software (e.g., Microsoft 365).
- General awareness of networks, hardware components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication and customer service orientation.
- Ability to follow instructions, document work, and learn new concepts quickly.
- Detail oriented, organized, and proactive.
