- Lead Generation & List Building: Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers (CTOs, Engineering Managers, Startup Founders) within the hardware and deep-tech ecosystem.
- Multi-Channel Prospecting: Execute outreach across LinkedIn, Email, and Phone to introduce our subscription program and spark interest.
- Meeting Coordination: Manage the initial "hook" and qualify leads to book discovery meetings/demos for the senior leadership team.
- Sales Enablement: Assist in creating and refining sales assets, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies specifically for the hardware lab program.
- CRM Management: Keep our lead database organized and ensure all outreach activities are logged and tracked.
- Departmental Support: Perform related duties as assigned within your scope of practice.
- Enrolled in a post-secondary institution program in management, business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related-field with 1-2 years of related business experience, preferably in a not-for-profit or government organization
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, consultative selling
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Demonstrates great interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and communication skills
- A self-starter that can work under minimal supervision
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a great team player
- Experience working with Salesforce is an asset
- Experience working with start-ups is an asset
