
Construction Project Coordinator (Contract)

- Support the Director of Construction in day-to-day project management through construction and opening.
- Assist with budget tracking, schedule maintenance, and progress reporting.
- Coordinate with trades, consultants, and vendors to ensure deadlines, design intent, and quality standards are met.
- Manage procurement of owner-supplied materials such as lighting, furniture, and restaurant equipment, including purchase orders, material tracking, and delivery scheduling.
- Support the Design & Construction team in maintaining accurate project documentation including RFIs, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
- Participate in regular site visits to track work against project scope, schedule, and quality standards.
- Keep projects organized and on track using Procore, MS Projects, and Asana.
- Work closely with our in-house design team to ensure brand integrity and operational needs are built into every detail.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination or project administration, ideally in commercial hospitality or high-end retail/wellness projects.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to keep multiple priorities moving under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Projects and Aana preferred.
- Familiarity with budgets, schedules, and construction documentation.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Based in Toronto with the ability to attend on-site and in-office meetings downtown.
- $30-$50 per hour, based on experience
- 20 hours per week to start, with expectation that hours will increase to 30-40 hours as construction progresses
- Project is based in Yorkville, downtown Toronto
