- The rate of pay will be $100K-$120K/year based on experience
- Monday-Friday
- Oversee all warehouse operations including timely receipt and dispatch of goods
- Develop and manage relationships with carriers and logistics partners
- Coordinate shipments with production and customer schedules
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, building a culture of accountability and performance
- Implement and maintain LEAN manufacturing principles
- Manage inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage through audits and system controls
- Analyze data, track KPIs, and adjust resources to meet goals
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Continuously optimize processes and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and internal departments
- Align day-to-day warehouse performance with company objectives
- Set clear goals and provide consistent feedback and coaching to the team
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years in warehouse management within a manufacturing setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet warehouse KPIs and coordinate across departments
- Experience using inventory and warehouse management systems
- Lean certification
