
Veterinary Warehouse & Customer Service Specialist

- Collaborate with the warehouse team to efficiently pick, verify, and prepare client orders with precision and urgency
- Coordinate with suppliers to receive, organize, and maintain accurate inventory of incoming products
- Execute daily delivery routes (short to medium distances) ensuring timely and secure delivery of critical cattle health products
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment that supports operational excellence
- Engage with clients via phone, ensuring orders are accurately captured and processed with attention to detail
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service to visiting clients, addressing their needs with professionalism and expertise
- Build strong relationships with producers and veterinary professionals in the cattle health community
- Clean and valid full Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) with clean driver's abstract
- Minimum 1 year experience operating Class 1 electric and/or propane forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments; certification training will be provided for the right candidate
- Enthusiasm for daily driving responsibilities covering short to medium distances
- Proficiency with computer software in Windows environments
- Physical capability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. safely
- Flexibility to work extended hours when needed (standard hours 9am-5pm, with occasional overtime)
- Adaptability to work in all weather conditions and outdoor environments year-round
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience working with cattle or livestock (significant asset but not required)
- Familiarity with the agriculture industry and comfort in challenging work environments
- Customer service experience, particularly in professional or technical settings
- Knowledge of veterinary practices, procedures, and equipment
- Experience with agricultural equipment operation and maintenance
- Background in customer service within agricultural, veterinary, or technical industries
- Understanding of cattle health management practices
- Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
