- Process equipment orders with OEMs and request manufacturer discount reimbursements.
- Enter equipment data and maintain inventory within the SILK operating system.
- Process purchase orders and supplier invoices and forward to Accounts Payable.
- Provide ongoing communication to Sales Representatives and customers regarding order status.
- Create and prioritize work orders with the Service Department to meet delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate equipment delivery with Shipping, Sales, and customers; prepare shipping documents.
- Coordinate international equipment shipments by preparing accurate customs documents, managing border clearance requirements, and ensuring all paperwork meets regulatory and carrier standards.
- Process customer sales invoices and maintain accurate equipment files.
- Support rental file creation, manufacturer audits, and National Account sales processing.
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely completion of all administrative tasks.
- Experience in the material handling industry is an asset.
- We do not require Canadian work experience for this role.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and proven customer service ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and accountability.
