Scrum Master

• Serve the team, the Product Owner, and the organization as a servant leader;

• Ensure that Scrum is understood and applied correctly;

• Create an environment conducive to high performance, self-organization, and continuous improvement. With regard to the Scrum Team: Facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective. Help the team to: Self-organize, continuously improve, and identify and remove impediments.

• Active Listening and Empathy: Understanding the needs of the team and stakeholders.

• Clear Communication: Adapting one's message to different audiences (team, managers, organization).

• Facilitation: Effectively leading workshops and Scrum events.

• Emotional Intelligence: Creating a climate of trust and psychological safety.

• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Training in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
