Collaborate daily with a passionate team of special education teachers, remedial specialists, speech and language therapists, psychologists, and special care counselors.   • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and faculty by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain and update student records accurately in the school’s database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing school events and activities, supporting communication efforts to ensure successful execution and participation.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from students and parents to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall educational experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within an educational environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in both French and English languages is required.
