
Program Officer – INTREPID Lab

- Support the development and implementation of improvement processes, templates, forms, and reports
- Develop, monitor, and provide in-depth review of documentation (e.g., project work plans, budgets) for compliance, completeness, and correctness
- Provide support for grant development and implementation (e.g., review applications, prepare budgets, financial reporting, reconciliations, and documentation), as well as closeout procedures (e.g., invoicing and reporting)
- Track project funding, milestones, and deliverables, as well as report and communicate any potential risks to the project team in a timely manner
- Complete ongoing assessment of existing grants and evaluation of funding requirements
- Review general ledger transactions and contracts for compliance
- Develop and process contracts, including liaising with vendors, project teams, and CAMH services
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the NDS team
- Support training and on-boarding/ off-boarding of all new staff and trainees
- Ability to quickly find, learn and assimilate new information
- Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of diverse projects simultaneously
- Ability to capture and articulate risk issues
- Ability to effectively communicate and problem-solve with a diverse variety of stakeholders and team members who may have conflicting interests and priorities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
