
Business Development Manager - Greater Vancouver Area

- Generate new business opportunity and develop customer relations within a specific territory;
- Present value to SPI’s products and services.
- Manage existing customers and make sure to increase sales and profits;
- Grow market shares and develop new profitable customers;
- Build and maintain customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals;
- Develop strategies, action plans, expand and resolve problems for active and potential target customers;
- Promote our value added solutions (products and services) to new and existing accounts.
- University degree or equivalent experience;
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Experience in OHS, ideally in consulting services
- Hunter mindset;
- Experience with indirect selling methods (e.g., leadership of sales agents or as a product specialist);
- Experience with executive level presentation, consultative sales experience, capacity to use technology to make decisions;
- Experience with a CRM is a definite asset;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Ability to travel.
