Required Qualifications:Some post-secondary education. Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer proficient skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Excellent formatting, grammar, and proofreading skills. Strong interpersonal and public relations skills. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications:Post secondary education pertinent to an Administrative Professional an asset (i.e., clerical training, secretarial certificate, medical office administration). Training in MySchedule (Infor WFM) & Connect Care. Experience in using Tableau, WFM, and Connect Care. An understanding of prompt engineering and comfortability with AI platforms such as Co-Pilot. Familiar with utilizing AI platforms, creating flow maps and graphics.
