- Respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide guidance on submission requirements, timelines, and basic technical support
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams
- Maintain and update organizational and contact information
- Manage user accounts, including adding, modifying, and deactivating access
- Assist with password resets and login-related issues
- Generate completion statistics and summary reports
- Provide status updates to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Track updates such as new entities, name changes, and removals
- Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance across systems
- Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation
- Review submissions for completeness and accuracy
- Follow up on missing or incomplete information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Previous administrative or clerical experience
- Experience working with data tracking or reporting processes
- Familiarity with government or public sector environments
