Combined Insurance is seeking a dynamic Customer Outreach & Loyalty Specialist to join our team.   • Handle incoming cancellation calls and perform outbound call activities for past due policies
  • Manage return calls resulting from outbound activities
  • Follow up on customer issues regarding claims, billing, or other service concerns
  • Assist customers with payment redrafting, new account setup, and premium collection via credit card
  • Cross-sell insurance products over the phone
  • Process routine service requests efficiently
  • Support miscellaneous department activities as needed
Qualifications:Education, Skills, and Experience:
  • Fluent in both English and French (preferred)
  • Licensed in Accident & Sickness, and Life Insurance
  • Previous contact center experience an asset
  • Post-secondary education and/or minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, engage customers, and update systems simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and business operations
  • Skilled in active listening and issue resolution
  • Strong communication skills with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
