We offer competitive pay, full benefits, and a work-life balance.Why this role is important?Job Title: Senior Manager, Continuous Development & Project PlanningReporting directly to the Senior Director, Central Pharmacy Support, the Sr. Manager will be accountable for managing the Project Management Office and overseeing initiatives within the business focused on strategic projects and continuous development.What You’ll Do:
  • Managing the Project Management Office Team
  • Leading initiatives to transformation the business focused on delivering Customer Excellence
  • Leading initiatives focused on continuous development, optimization and cost reduction
  • Managing Strategic initiatives rollouts
  • Collaboration with various teams within MediSystem Business and the Enterprise by identifying gaps and developing short-term and long-term solutions
  • Having a clear understanding of the Central Pharmacy Support Goals and supporting with MediSystem Strategies
  • Evolving business processes and implementing automation opportunities
  • Ensuring that all targets are met or exceeded, by team, as assigned
  • Regularly scheduling one-on-one coaching with Team members to recognize success, help overcome obstacles and set focus thereby ensuring continued development
  • Leading meetings to strategize, develop new policies and procedures, provide updates on status of current activities and projects
What You’ll Need:This position requires an advanced level of initiative and judgment in order to organize and prioritize tasks, workload and projects. Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are required in dealing with colleagues in every day working relationships.
  • 5 or more years’ experience in a Pharmacy (Retail or Long Term Care) or Operations role
  • 3 or more years’ management/leadership experience preferred, excellent team leadership, strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Project Management Professional Certification, preferred
  • Strong relationship management with ability to foster trust, collaboration and unity
  • Strong communications, facilitation and negotiations to align complex stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence and motivate others
  • High degree of flexibility required to adapt to a wide variety of tasks and functions and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
