The Communication Specialist will help translate strategy into action. In addition to supporting the overall volume and digestion of communications to the Sales teams of the Bank.Position Responsibilities:Develop and compile monthly newsletter contentDraft internal calendar invitations and post‑event surveysMaintain and update the Communications and Webinar CalendarsManage translation requests (AI and Versacom)Coordinate compliance review submissions and workflows (RedOak)Coordinate national webinar requests and schedulingDraft internal communications for review and approvalMaintain and update SharePoint contentProvide meeting and event support, including Slido management, slide progression, and technical coordinationCreate basic visual assets and templates using PowerPoint and Brand HubSupport metrics reporting, including email open rates, click‑through rates, and webinar attendancePerform other related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Minimum four years’ experience in communications management, consulting and/or project management.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all company functional areas, management levels, and various types of external vendors and agencies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.Strong proofreading skills are essential.Exceptional attention to detail is critical.Ability to juggle many projects and work within tight time constraints is a must.Preferred Qualifications:Financial services industry experience is considered a strong asset but is not required. All candidates will be expected to develop a working knowledge of banking products.Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
