We are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team.The Opportunity:We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Regional Media Sales Director to lead the growth and development of a sales team focused on achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies by building strong, rewarding relationships with customers and partners.Reporting to the Senior Vice President, National Client Partnerships, you will drive business development, build and inspire high-performing sales teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction, grow market share, and exceed our revenue goals. With data driven decision making and a strong comprehensive cross-functional, this role will be part of transforming an industry and set the bar for digital innovation in the media industry.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales leader passionate about the Media industry and ready to make a significant impact within a dynamic, fast-paced organization.What you’ll do:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand strategic relationships with existing customers to broaden the customer base.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead, mentor, guide and support a team of Sales Executives, providing coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing development within your region
  • Inspire an environment where team members are encouraged to exceed expectations, own their own accounts and proactively identify new business opportunities while nurturing an existing client base.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and client needs to inform product positioning and growth strategies.
Who You Are:
  • 10+ years of experience in managing Sales professionals with a deep understanding of digital marketing
  • Relationship Architect: You build connections that last with clients and agencies and understand the importance of client relationships.
  • A skilled negotiator: You are comfortable making real time decisions in tough situations.
  • Collaborative Leader: You know that greatness is a team effort, and you thrive on bringing out the best in others. You have a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.

  • Strong Knowledge of CRM tools to ensure accuracy of account planning, reporting, trend analysis and forecasting
  • Excellent MS Office tools skills combined with strong internet research skills
