- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand strategic relationships with existing customers to broaden the customer base.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, guide and support a team of Sales Executives, providing coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing development within your region
- Inspire an environment where team members are encouraged to exceed expectations, own their own accounts and proactively identify new business opportunities while nurturing an existing client base.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and client needs to inform product positioning and growth strategies.
- 10+ years of experience in managing Sales professionals with a deep understanding of digital marketing
