- Own and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and priorities for cloud and platform products.
- Define and refine epics, features, and technical user stories in collaboration with technical and product teams.
- Act as the Product Owner in Agile delivery teams, participating in backlog refinement, planning, and reviews.
- Ensure products are designed for repeatability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Own and prioritize the backlog for internal DevOps, automation, orchestration, and platform services.
- Work with DevOps and SRE teams to evolve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and self-service capabilities.
- Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC), reusable platform components, and standardized delivery patterns.
- Support platform reliability, scalability, observability, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and well understood.
- Partner with Architecture teams to validate alignment with reference architectures and technical standards.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and platforms.
- Participate in proofs of concept (PoCs) and technical evaluations.
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar product role.
- Relevant certifications (cloud, DevOps, Product, FinOps) are considered an asset.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, automation, and platform teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience working with public cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
- Experience with on-premises and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of Broadcom VMware VCF is an asset.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tooling.
- Good knowledge of IT security and operational best practices.
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written are essential; fluency in French is an important asset.
