  • Assist in assessing current HR processes and systems, including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG.
  • Support the identification of areas for improvement and the implementation of best practices.
  • Help develop and execute HR transformation roadmaps.
  • Work with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis/recommendations
  • Support business process design, enhancements
  • Support client discussions - requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, testing and drive deployment
  • HCM / HR technology knowledge and implementation experience ideal

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Must be eligible to obtain Federal Security Clearance.
  • 1 + years of Consulting experience
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and technologies, including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors and UKG
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to travel
Ideally, you'll also have
  • HR Systems Implementation experience or functional experience working with including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors and UKG
